In order to do a good job of Shanghai"s agricultural machinery purchase subsidy in 2017, according to the spirit of the relevant documents of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy, the relevant work notice on the archiving information of subsidized products is hereby filled out as follows:
1、 Declaration scope
Products included in the scope of machinery and tools subsidized by Shanghai for the purchase of agricultural machinery from 2015 to 2017 (adjusted in 2017) (Draft for approval) (see the annex for details).
2、 Filling requirements
1. The manufacturer of the products filled in shall be a manufacturing enterprise registered within the territory of the people"s Republic of China with the status of enterprise legal person;
2. Products that have obtained the ministerial or provincial agricultural machinery extension appraisal certificate. The validity date of the promotion appraisal certificate shall be after january1,2017 (inclusive);
3. Products subject to national production license and compulsory certification shall obtain corresponding qualification certificates and be within the period of validity;
4. The subsidy qualification is suspended or cancelled by the Ministry of agriculture or the provincial agricultural machinery Authority; Except for agricultural machinery products with quality complaints, reports and other cases that have not been settled.
3、 Application materials
1. Enterprise basic information form (generated through online filling);
2. Archive information form of agricultural machinery subsidy products of Shanghai in 2017 (filled and generated online);
3. Agricultural Machinery Extension appraisal certificate (scanned copy with the official seal of the enterprise);
4. Agricultural Machinery Extension appraisal report and inspection report (scanned copy with official seal of the enterprise);
5. Certificates and attachments of products subject to compulsory management by the state (scanned copies affixed with the official seal of the enterprise).
4、 Precautions
1. Before filling in and archiving product information, please carefully read the filling process. The product archiving information provided by the enterprise must be true, reliable, complete and effective. Our office only reviews the completeness and compliance of the materials filled in by the enterprise, and does not review the grades filled in by the enterprise
Make any adjustments. If the information cannot be properly classified and archived due to incorrect information filling, it cannot be included in the scope of 2017 subsidy products, and the responsibility shall be borne by the enterprise itself.
2. Shanghai archived product information shall be filled in online and submitted in written form. Online filling and submitting through the "subsidy product filing information filling and submitting system" in the "agricultural machinery integrated management system support platform"（ http://www.shacNj Com:8080/btml); The written materials shall be bound in A4 paper (the enterprise basic information form and archived information form shall be printed after being generated by the online filling system).
3. Except for the products that were handled by the Ministry of agriculture and other provinces and cities in 2016 due to violation of regulations, the product enterprises that have logged in and filled in the system and improved the relevant information in the "filing information of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy products in Shanghai in 2016" will continue to be used in 2017.
4. Deadline: March 24, 2017 (written materials shall be subject to the postmark of Shanghai Post Office on the delivery date).
